Get in touch!
Reach out and begin the process of acquiring your complete filling solution. We endeavour to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (or 10 minutes!), and turn that around into a quote within the day. Whether you’ve found us through the BCMPA website, our own site, or are a repeat customer, you get the same friendly service each way.

Artwork and printing
The first proper step of the process is sorting out your artwork. We can help you format it to suit the printer and, once it’s approved, ensure the printing plates are made to match your design. Alternatively, if you’ve got free-issued containers, we can work with those as well. Once all is printed, checked, and ready, we can move on to the next step.

Organising the components
Here, things can start coming together. We help organise the liquids coming in, the laminate for our sachets, and container sourcing for your retail products (except bottles, though we do accept and fill ones you source yourself). Typically, the laminate takes around 3 weeks to arrive, with the liquid coming in a week before where it’ll be stored securely in our warehouse.

Initial TVC testing
Before we can begin the filling process in earnest, we perform a Total Viable Count (TVC) test on the product. This 3-to-4-day process helps ensure there’s no bacteria present at the initial stages, helping the product stay clean, compliant, and long-lasting throughout its intended shelf life.

Getting retail ready
Now we can get down to business with manufacturing sachets, filling, capping, coding, labelling, and sealing the products – basically, getting them ready to go! This includes any add-ons like individual product boxes or sample cards. At this stage, we’ll also run a second TVC test to ensure that nothing in our process has left contaminants on your products (which it probably hasn’t, but best to be sure)!

Final send-off
After the results of your second TVC test come back clean, we pack, wrap, and protect your products before shipping them back to you for distribution. Even then, that’s not the end – if you’ve got any issues with the products, or any more for us to fill, our rigorous Q&A process and comprehensive cosmetic services are sure to provide a quality solution.
Sustainable material solutions for cosmetics and fragrances
We can offer PCR material for tubes and Mono PP packaging for sachets. This helps to provide the greatest levels of sustainability and quality at the lowest costs to both you and the environment.
It may still be “plastic”…but it’s lightweight, for lower transport costs and emissions. It’s durable, for less breakage. It’s compact, so you’re not shipping air. And our solutions are recyclable as well.

Do you have Minimum Order Quantities?
As with most production runs, the more you buy….the better the price! We don’t want to push you into buying more than you need but we do like to offer you the best bang for your buck! We have low MOQ’s of 10,000 units for sachets and tubes per SKU (artwork design) and bottle filling MOQ’s are project dependant so it’s best to talk this through.
