Size
We can fill whatever cosmetic tube you like. As standard, we can supply diameters of 19mm, 25mm, and 40mm, ranging from dose sizes of 5ml all the way up to 150ml. With order quantities starting from 10,000 units, you can be sure we’ll deliver on your goals.
Material
While recyclable plastics are some of our favourite materials for tubes, they’re not the only option out there. If you’re looking at what we can source – or looking for inspiration when sourcing your own – here are a few of the top options:
Polyethylene (PE). This can be easily recycled with most councils at the kerbside alongside other household waste.
Post Consumer Recycled (PCR). Just as it says on the tin (or in this case, tube!) this plastic is made using other recycled plastics. Then, once empty, it can be easily recycled again!.
Aluminium. Infinitely recyclable, aluminium doesn’t lose its quality or integrity once it has been processed. While plastics offer great sustainability in terms of their transportation, recycling aluminium is a great choice as it saves more than 90% over the energy need to make it. That’s why 75% of the aluminium ever produced is still in use today!
Sugarcane. Not literally sugarcane, but a virgin plastic derived from it. This saves on using oil reserves for plastic production by making the same, quality material out of waste from the sugar industry.
