Get in touch!
Reach out and begin the process of acquiring your complete filling solution. We endeavour to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (or 10 minutes!), and turn that around into a quote within the day. Whether you’ve found us through the BCNPA website, our own site, or are a repeat customer, you get the same friendly service each way.

Artwork and printing
The first proper step of the process is sorting out your artwork. We can help you format it to suit the printer and, once it’s approved, ensure the printing plates are made to match your design. Alternatively, if you’ve got free-issued containers, we can work with those as well. Once all is printed, checked, and ready, we can move on to the next step.

Organising and formulating
Here, things can start coming together. We help organise the liquids coming in, and the bottles you provide. We’ll then formulate the oils and scents you’ve given us into the final perfume – with ethanol, hydraulic mixing, chillers, filters, the whole works. Like making squash from concentrate. Or a quality fragrance from quality components.

Initial TVC testing
Before we can begin the filling process in earnest, we perform a Total Viable Count (TVC) test on your product. This 3-to-4-day process helps ensure there’s no bacteria present at the initial stages, helping the product stay clean, compliant, and long-lasting throughout its intended shelf life. We’ll also wash out all the fragrance bottles prior to filling as part of our standard cleanliness process.

Getting retail ready
Now we can get down to business with filling, crimping, sleeving, capping, coding, labelling, and sealing the products – basically, getting them ready to go! This includes any add-ons like individual product boxes or sample cards. At this stage, we’ll also run a second TVC test to ensure that nothing in our process has left contaminants on your products (which it probably hasn’t, but best to be sure)!

Final send-off
After the results of your second TVC test come back clean, we pack, wrap, and protect your products before shipping them back to you for distribution. Even then, that’s not the end – if you’ve got any issues with the products, or any more for us to fill, our rigorous Q&A process and comprehensive fragrance services are sure to provide a quality solution.

Do you fill things other than fragrances?
Our focus is on the health and beauty industry – meaning everything from fragrances to cosmetics – but our facilities are suitable for filling other types of products as well. Get in touch and we can work out your needs, and what we can do to help you achieve them!

Can you co-pack my product that I got filled somewhere else?
The main thing we love to do is filling for fragrances and cosmetics – all our other services are addons to ensure your product is assembled and ready for retail. As such, we don’t offer a co-packing service. But! If you get your product filled by us, we’re more than happy to pack it away as part of the process.

What addon services do you offer?
We want your product to leave our doors ready for use – whether it’s samples to show customers how great your fragrance is, or retail products that are fit for the shelf. To help, our services include:
- Mixing oils with ethanol, water, etc, to formulate your final fragrance.
- Putting your sample vials into cards that we can source based on your artwork and details (or you can free source it!)
- Packing your bottles into Christmas boxes, display arrangements, applying stickers, and more… whatever you need to give your products that clean, finished feel.
- Crimping fragrance bottles, adding a sleeve to cover the crimp, and capping it – hiding all the nasty bits you don’t want customers to see, so you can deliver a professional product.
In terms of your fragrance bottle sourcing, every client has a different vision for what they want. So we don’t end up becoming your messenger pigeon (and so you get the results you’re after), we ask that you source these yourself. But we’re always on hand to help as much as we can throughout every stage of the process!
