From sourcing the laminate and printing your artwork, manufacturing and filling the sachets in-house, adding easy-tear notches, and embossing expiry dates or batch codes… we do it all to ensure you get the best end result, every time. We fulfil orders of 10,000 sachets or more, and can easily handle whatever scale of order comes our way!
Size
Different sachet sizes are available, from 45x45mm up to 150x180mm, holding fill doses ranging anywhere from 0.25ml to 60ml. If you’ve got a Shampoo and Conditioner for example, no worries, our twin-pack sachets have you covered. We can even offer you a sachet with a wet tissue, dry tissue, both, or neither!
Material
We have several material options depending on the project. Mono PP, a 100% recyclable material that’s the perfect solution to single-use! These sachets can be simply recycled alongside plastic bags at local supermarkets. To ensure suitability, we can even offer 12 week compatibility testing.
We can offer an anti-bacterial varnish to the face of the laminate protecting users against harmful microbes.
Remember “scratch n sniff”? we can also bring back the retro to your sachet and provide a multitude of smells to suit your project.
Alongside Mono PP, we also offer sachets made from Pet/Alu/Pe and Paper based laminate.

How sustainable are our sachets?
Eco-friendly doesn’t just mean recyclable, it can mean using fewer resources. Not only should we consider recyclability, but our carbon footprints too! Sachets have a much smaller carbon footprint than bottles and tubes because they are lightweight and maximise space in transport.
Whereas shipping empty bottles and tubes is effectively shipping air, sachets are an eco-friendly alternative! They can also be recycled via kerbside, storefront, or specialist collection, depending on the material.
Sustainable material options for the cosmetic sector
We believe that plastic is one of the most sustainable packaging options for cosmetics. “Isn’t plastic bad for the environment?” we hear you ask. Well, it’s lighter than other options, meaning you use less fuel and spend less on transportation. We can offer PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) material, meaning it’s made using recycled plastic and Mono-material PP which is 100% recyclable, feeding back into the plastic economy and using less energy than either making virgin plastics or using other options.
